Welcome to the data center.
This is the place where you can find my goals, share in the struggles, and hopefully celebrate some accomplishments. I'll be using this as a way to stay accountable and motivated on the never ending journey of improvement and achievement.
Join me as I take a closer look at what I'm doing and reflect on the lessons learned along the way. It's all about self-discovery and self-improvement. Hopefully, some of the end results will find their own special post on the blog, so watch out for those links.
The next book in my Learner Trilogy is called The Tree and Stone. It's long overdue. For those excited for it, my sincerest apologies for taking so long. Life gets in the way. Check the graph to the left to see how far I think I have until completion.
There's a number of fitness goals I'm chasing. The most important for my health, and what I think is all around a fair indicator of my fitness level is my body fat percentage. The goal here is to get down to 14%.
If that's too boring for you, there's tabs for some achievements. I was chasing the 1000 lb club hard, and probably still am to an extent. But the constant slew of injuries have made me shift priority.
I read a lot. You can find a much more extensive list of reviews over in the blog.
If you want to suggest a book, I have a form for just the occasion.
Along with that, there's an extensive list of "to read" books, so feel free to check that out as well, and help upvote my choices!
Remember back on the home page, right at the top? That part about the warning?
This is why. This is what happens when you don't niche down and listen to the smart marketing people. You end up with a podcast, a newsletter, and blogs, all covering everything ever.
This is your fault.
This will take you to a while other world. I podcast over at the Dead by Tomorrow corner of the web. We mostly focus on living every day well, but there's lots of cool interviews, quirky stories, and questionable advice.
ListenLook, paying for marketing sucks. Ad spend goes up, and results go down.
If you actually want to hear about anything, become friends, or make me feel special, drop an email. You never know what might happen.
Blogs, vlogs, and all the content your heart craves but doesn't need. If you thought the podcast was a variety show, just take a gander at this wide-ranging minefield.
There be dragons.
